If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. 1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any returns made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Condition of Items: The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet these requirements.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review your return and send you detailed instructions on how to return the items, including the return address and any necessary documentation.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely back to us. CozyXSuri is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Timeframe: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

    • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged.
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Gift cards or promotional items that were provided at a discount.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process as outlined above and then place a new order for the item you want. Please note that exchanges are treated as a return and a new purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide you with a return label at no cost, and once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Gift Returns

If you received a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the order number and the name of the person who made the purchase. We will issue a store credit or a refund to the original purchaser based on the circumstances.
